Sri Nammazhwar (நம்மாழ்வார்), one of the twelve Azhwars is believed to be the incarnation of Sri Vishwaksena, well known for his four main hymns on devotion to Vishnu (Divya Prabhandam) - Thiruvirutham(Ruk Veda), Thiruvasirium (Yajur Veda), Periya Thiruvandhadi (Atharvana Veda) and Thiruvaimozhi (Sama Veda) are considered equivalent to the Four Vedas.
